Customer Project Manager

Responsible for leading project team and managing project deliveries including products and implementation services

Main responsibilities

  • Manage project deliveries including products and implementation services.
  • Lead project team.
  • Plan and monitor delivery phases of the project.
  • Plan and manage internal and external resources.
  • Responsible for internal and external project reporting.
  • Act as a primary project interface towards the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction
  • Share project experience and best practices with other project managers.
  • Identify and support new business opportunities.
  • Ensure good profitability and quality
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Required experience

  • 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Significant experience in either IT or Telco Operator environments
  • Experience of managing technical teams across multiple geographies
  • Background in MobileSolutions, including HLR, R4, dispatcher, IN, OSS, Voice recorder, GPRS
  • Experience in integration projects having many different products.
  • Experience in GSM-R projects
  • Communication in English and Scandinavian (preferably Norwegian) language.
