Description
My client is looking for an experienced Siebel CRM Programme Manager/project manager who has 5 years Siebel project management experience, someone who is also a Czech speaker would be ideal.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years experience with project management of big international CRM projects (Siebel Prefered)
- 3 years experience with Siebel CRM
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in multicontract environment
- Excellent English and Czech language is a benefit
- Certification in project management (PMI PMP, IPMA Level B, PRINCE2 - Practitioner)
Key tasks
- Management of the programme on behalf of client; reporting to client's programme management and steering committee
- Time, scope, budget and quality management
- Programme organisation
- Management of risks
- Vendors management, evaluation of vendors performance
- Communication with management, preparation of management presentations, escalations, regular management reports, preparation of steering committee meetings
- Key stakeholders management
