Roc Search's client is looking for a Schools Account Manager for my client in Bedfordshire.

Your role will be to develop relationships across Schools to maximise the buy-back of HR services and ensure service delivery to Schools is in line with Service Level Agreements ("SLAs"). Responsible for ensuring 'front line' HR services are provided to Schools, ensuring quality, consistency and value for money and control of buyback services for Schools.
This post is funded through the income received from Schools buying back HR services.
Essential skills:
*Experience working with Schools at HR level
*Negotiation of SLA's
*Great communication skills.
*Good organisational skills and time management
The ideal candidate will come from a HR/Account Management Background and have a genuine enthusiasm for their work.
