Description
Our client is currently seeking a senior practitioner, experienced within the adults and older persons sector.The ideal applicant will be able to show experience of working at a senior level, undertaking care management assessments, reviews, continuing health care, mental capacity, safeguarding assessments, and recording on SWIFT/ AIS computer system.
You will have previous working experience as a social worker with adults / older persons, undertaking assessments of needs.
