Description
Penta Consulting URGENTLY require a E2E BSCS Solution Architect to work in Dubai on a 6 Month extendable contract starting .
Experience:
Over 10 years experience in IT/BSS transformations in a Telecom environment
Should have strong skills in the end-to-end architecture of the solution stack including CRM, OSM, Middleware, BSCS iX and other peripheral products like PoS, etc.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end architecture of the BSS solution
Guide analysis, design, development, implementation and management of full life cycle of the BSS architecture
Lead the application teams and technical streams towards the architectural decisions to deliver the committed solution
Influence customer teams for the optimum architecture for the solution and close the architectural issues
Ensure that the solution integration, coexistence and migrations aspects are aligned
Support the preparation and the execution of the SIT, UAT and Migration
Alignment with Business Process and overall program delivery
Telecom & IT Expert - Technology experience includes EAI, databases, rule engines, digital marketplace products, leading COTS packages and in-depth J2EE based custom development of systems with complete life cycle responsibilities.
Interface with Ericsson and Etisalat management for architectural decision making and closure
Ensure adherence to technical program scope, identify up-sales opportunities through change requests, manage technical solution risks and issues, manage resources and take measures to complete the program within the committed budget
