IT Network Operations Consultant ( Scandinavian Language) - Norway - IT Network Operations Consultant ( Scandinavian Language)
Assignment description:
Participate in IT Network operations and transition, solving 2nd line incidents and requests; be able to solve 3rd line incidents and requests later on.
Establish and solve Problems, establish and updated Knowledge documents.
Follow the internal work requirements and routines in the task (like deliver in accordance with our KPI's), based on Service Management and ITIL v3
Competence requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent (or relevant experience).
Experience from CISCO network using SNMP V2 and V3 is an advantage.
CISCO certifications (CCNA) is required
ITIL v3 certified is preferred.
Able to work independently and in a team, and has the drive to increase its own knowledge
Collaborates well and contribute to a good working environment.
Good communication skills, be able to communicate with our global users and vendors
Possibility to participate in an on-duty roster if needed.
Co-operate with the employees within the Task, share own experience and knowledge
Language requirements: Norwegian and English, oral and written
