Process, Specialist, Infrastructure Management (IM), SOA, Implementation, Analysis, Documentation, Visio, PowerPoint, ITIL, Process Design - My client is looking for a Process specialist for a contract in Copenhagen. You will perform analysis of current Infrastructure Management (IM) and a set of new requirements in connection with an SOA implementation and design and implement the new processes in IM. Specifically, your tasks will include the analysis of current processes, documentation of external requirements in cooperation with customers, analysis of external requirements, analysis of the gap between exiting and new processes and assisting in implementing new processes. Experience with designing ITIL processes, working with SOA (Open Group Framework) and working with large IT organizations. You require ITIL certification with at least 5 years of ITIL process design.
