For our customer we are looking for a Process Specialist in an analyst role.

Job description:
Perform analysis of current Datacenter Management (DCM) process and a set of new requirements in connection with Vision to Reality program. Design and implement the new processes in DCM.

Specific Tasks to be performed during the engagement/Key Deliverables/Milestones:
1) Analysis of current processes
2) Documentation of external requirements in cooperation with customers
3) Analysis of external requirements
4) Analysis of gap between requirements and current processes
5) Design new processes bridging gaps between exiting and new processes
6) Assist in implementing new processes

Module/technical skills required: Visio, PowerPoint

What development tools methodologies are to be used:
ITIL; SOA

Must have/mandatory skills:
ITIL Certification. Experience in designing ITIL processes. Experience in working with SOA (Open Group framework); Experience in working with large IT organizations (preferably shipping experience)

Years of specific Experience with reference to Mandatory skills: 5 years of ITIL process design
