For one of our direct clients in the Hague we are looking for a SAP PM Business Analist.

Start: ASAP
End:
Rate: 65,00 euros per hour.

The Business Analyst is responsible for executing or participating in the following program activities:
- Execute requirements gathering sessions for Asset Hub: data and functionality.
- Document business processes for a particular asset and identify improvements.
- Validate fit of local business processes and requirements with the global solution.
- Work with the delivery lead and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
- Hand over the solution approach and use cases to the technical team, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the solution to ensure they fulfil the requirements.
- Serve as a liaison to the business community and assist the change management team as they evaluate training materials and other performance support products.
- Participate in training and test cycles.
- Gather and document lessons learned.
- Establish and maintain working relationship with IT and Business stakeholders.

Skills required:
- Excellent English communication skills, verbally and in writing. (Mandatory)
- 2-3 years of SAP PM functional knowledge (Mandatory)
- Ability to document, analyse, design and improve business processes. (Mandatory)
- Ability to document deployment requirements based on input gathered from the local stakeholders and user community. (Mandatory)
- Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements. (Mandatory)
- Ability to work with a virtual team with members from various geographical locations and cultural backgrounds. (Mandatory)
- Able to communicate effectively with a project manager. (Mandatory)
- Able to communicate effectively with internal customers such as process owners and end users. (Mandatory)
- Strong problem solving skills (Mandatory)
- Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards (Strongly Preferred)
- Willing to travel if required (Strongly Preferred)
- Knowledge of plant engineering and maintenance concepts and business processes. (Strongly preferred)
- Experience with SAP Blueprint. (Strongly Preferred)
- Previous experience in Oil&Gas industry. (Strongly Preferred)
- Previous experience working with the Project Delivery Framework (PDF). (Preferred)
- Experience with NRX Asset Hub. (Preferred)
- Willing to extend assignment (if required) (Preferred)

Asset Hub Global Deployment Program

The Asset Hub Global Program's goal is to deploy a standard solution for preparing the data required for populating the SAP Plant Maintenance Database. Asset Hub offers a staging environment where data can be stored, manipulated and reviewed before it is loaded into SAP PM.

The high-level goals of the program are to:
- Develop a standard, repeatable deployment model for green- and brownfield containing infrastructure, Software and documentation.
- Establish a sustainable support and deployment capability.
- Deploy Asset Hub globally in selected capital projects and operate environments.
