SAP Basis Engineer - SAP Software Installation, SAP Eco System tools.
My client is urgently looking for a SAP Basis engineer for a fantastic role in Belgium.
The successful candidate will be responsible for SAP first time software installations and upgrades, 3rd line SAP support, performance tuning, authorizations (no customizing!) You will be able to engineer new solutions (Post POC) for release to Production into a service and maintain SAP roadmaps. From a technical stance you will have architectural knowledge level in SAP landscapes as well as solid SAP BC knowledge. You will have a basic, but not in depth Oracle DBA, w2k and Unix skill knowledge and knowledge of SAP Eco-System Tools (specifically solution manager and GRC). For this role you will need to have Java, ABAP experience (able to read the code and debug where needed, no development!) The ideal candidate will have detailed technical experience in ECC/SCM/BI/PI/NetWeaver CE& knowledge SAP landscapes configurations.
