Description
Our client manages a Clinical Assessment and Treatment Centre in Lincolnshire. They are currently seeking a Consultant in Spinal Orthopaedics for a long term locum booking. Working days are flexible, as is the start date. Each working day will broadly consist of two 4 hour sessions. The clinic timetable will be agreed with you 2 weeks in advance of the clinic. A typical day will look like this:0830 to 1130 - seeing patients
1130 to 1230 - admin
1230 to 1330 - unpaid lunch
1330 to 1630 - seeing patients
1630 to 1700 - admin
Pay will be £85 per hour. The length of this booking and the days worked will depend on your availability.
The main aims of this Clinical Assessment and Treatment Centre are to:
•Reduce the waiting lists in secondary Care by the appropriate use of Community Services
•Reduce the number of patient journeys
•Deliver a one stop access to US/x-rays and provide same day review
•See, diagnose and treat within 4 weeks
