Senior HR Business Partner - (HR, Generalist, Retail)
Sand Resources has an excellent opportunity for a highly experience Senior HR Business Partner to work for a large electronics retailer based in the Republic of Ireland.
Our client seeks a dynamic, Senior HR generalist to support the retail and build the retail side of the business alongside a support Centre. Candidates must have prior HR experience within retail due to the fast paced nature of the role. This role requires significant travel across Ireland with a minimum of 2 days per week based in Dublin.
Senior HR Business Partner Role:
* To champion the organisations wider HR strategy and ensure it is tailored to the specific parts of the business.
* Maintain and roll out aligned people practices, ensuring consistency is achieved with UK Markets.
* Pursue employee engagement across the business.
* Ensure HR policies are legally compliant.
Senior HR Business Partner Skills and Experience:
* HR generalist experience within a fast paced environment, essential requirement to have work in a retail environment
* Full understanding of current employment legislation
* In depth knowledge of the full range of recruitment activities
* Demonstrable track record of impact through defined metrics of success
* Demonstrable analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Self motivated and effectively manages own time
* Good project management skills
* The ability to influence at all levels and to confidence to challenge appropriately
* Ability to effectively analyse diverse range of people and business issues
* Ability to facilitate problem solving/resolution techniques
* Effective coaching and mentoring skills
* Facilitation skills in building and maintaining healthy business relationships
* Team Management
* Commercial acumen and a good level of numeracy
* Good understanding of business finance
* Good working knowledge and understanding of management of change
Duration: 3 months Contact/Permanent Opportunity Available
Location: 2 Days in Dublin - 3 days supporting stores across Ireland
