Job description
Analyze WCDMA network statistics on daily basis
Good knowledge in 3G RAN Functionalities and Capabilities
RF changes for Radio performance improvement in high traffic network
"Initial Radio NW Tuning" to arrange, analyze and optimize the CPICH coverage of a WCDMA NW before applying load to new sites which is important to minimize the interference.
Analyze worst cell list by identifying drops due to MN Drop, UL Sync Drop, SHO Drops, Terminated Speech due to Congestion and Other Drops and prepare Network performance report for designated areas of optimization.
Maintains KPI's at specified levels required by the customer through RAN parameter modification and tuning
Conducts Neighbour List updates and verification for optimization
RF knowledge about 2G/3G coexistence and co-sitting
3G-3G and 3G-2G Neighbour lists definition
