Senior Workstation Support Analyst
CCCi has an opportunity for a Senior Workstation Support Analyst to work with our Energy client in the Charlotte, NC area.
Workstation Design and Support position: The primary responsibility of this position includes support, design, building, and maintaining the Duke Energy desktop/laptop (physical and virtual) images. The role will include updating images with service packs, security rollups and individual security patches, as well as keeping the associated documentation up to date.
Required skills:
-4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in other applicable field
-A minimum of 5 years experience in the I/T profession with strong technical skills and aptitude
-Two to five years of operating system support for Windows XP and Windows 7, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office and performance tools
-Knowledge of desktop imaging processes
-Technical leadership experience Desired:
-Prior work experience in building desktop images.
-Knowledge of Symantec Ghost software, windows Scripting, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), WDS (Windows Deployment Services)
