Title: Senior UPK Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA
Type: 12 Month Contract
Position Summary
CCCi's client has an immediate need for a Senior UPK Administrator for a 12 month contract opportunity. The admin will serve as a key member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review process documentation for the purpose of developing instructional materials
- Participate in process review sessions with client business process owners
- Create instructional materials and ensure the quality of these materials utilizing the identified tools (UPK, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Develop content for program curricula deliverables: Course Outlines, Courseware Presentations, business process flows, End User Procedures in UPK, business scenario-based exercises, exercise data, simulations in UPK, skills assessments and job aides (eg, Quick Reference Cards, Job Aids, etc.)
- Create standards and processes for training data population
- Manage training data population processes
- Develop UPK standards for repository maintenance
- Manage the UPK library
- Conduct Peer Reviews of all materials
- Train developers on UPK processes and standards
- Train functional resources on UPK for creation of test scripts
- Participate in UAT
- Apply the Training Document Standards to all instructional materials
- Meet with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather learning objectives and overall understanding
- Review training curriculum/content with SMEs and obtain sign-off
- Report weekly on project status and issues to project management
- Facilitate material review session with SMEs
- Work with the Functional Team and Technical Team members to prepare the training client
- Prepare trainers to deliver program content
- Maintain instructional and performance support documentation and related materials
- Oversees creation of detailed content development plans
- Onboard new training developers and ensures consistent use of established styles and standards
- Contributes to creation of program curriculum plan

- Local Candidates preferred
- Out of town candidates will be considered, but must be able to be onsite in Atlanta, at a minimum, 4 days per week
