Clients and Markets Assistant (Marketing and Business Development support)
Fixed Term Contract - 10 months

The Role
The Clients and Markets Assistant will assist the Markets and Industries team on client satisfaction and business development pipeline reports. These reports are distributed to key leaders and business development teams throughout the firm. The role will report to the Client Care Executive and will work closely with the CRM Team.
The role will focus around 4 main areas
Clients and Client Service, Business Development, Financial/Operations and People.
Key responsibilities:
-Provide day to day operational support to the firm's Client Satisfaction survey programme (CSP)
-Help maintain data quality around business development activity
-Support the process of gathering and banking client testimonials
-Support the CRM team and MI team with business development pipeline reporting data and housekeeping
-Support the pitch team for using results in proposals and presentations
-Production of monthly client and market reports to deadline
-Generation of ad hoc statistics and client satisfaction analysis
Essential candidate requirements
-Educated to degree level or equivalent
-Previous experience with updating a CRM database
-Transferable experience in a similar professional environment working with Management Information
-Advanced Excel and excellent working knowledge of MS, PowerPoint and Word
Desirable
-CIM Advanced Certificate or working towards
-Knowledge of Lotus Notes
-Technical data expertise (eg SQL) for detailed data analysis and reporting
