Our client in the financial industry is looking for 2 developers. A C++/C# developer and a SQL/C# developer are required immediately.
The Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, documenting and unit testing assigned development tasks as directed by the Team Lead and/or Lead Developer.
Accountabilities:
Financial:
•Build technology solutions consistent with the business and functional requirements with high quality and within the agreed cost and time.
•Analyse, design, implement and unit test according to standards.
•Provide input to estimates of effort (cost) involved in implementing solution.
Customer:
•Respond in a timely and professional manner to customer requests and support requirements.
•Proactively work with the Team Lead and/or Lead Developer and business to anticipate requirements and effectively manage potential issues.
Process:
•Ensure coding standards are followed.
•Ensure configuration management and release procedures are followed.
•Suggest and implement improvements of the SDLC practice and process.
People:
•Participate in a positive and constructive manner during team meetings.
•Interact with all members of the group in a professional manner.
•Coach Developers.
•Participate in knowledge sharing.
Minimum 3 years experience in .NET Framework, SQL Server and C#.
Good communication, written and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of trading systems.
Analytical approach to problem solving.
