Description:
You will take care of business project from our clients offices or on customer site:
- Installation, configuration and integration
- Validation functional solutions in the customer environment
- Writing technical documentation
- Recipe technical solution with the customer
- Support and maintenance of the deployed solution
- Development of adaptations or configuration scripts
Qualifications
- Experience required 2 to 3 years in a job similar to a manufacturer or operator services company.
Technical Knowledge:
- Telecom Networks: IP, load-balancers, Cluster (SUN/Veritas)
- RDBMS: Oracle, MySQL
- Protocols TCP/IP, SIP, DIAMETER, RADIUS, LDAP, SOAP/XML ...
- Scripting: Shell, Perl
- Systems & OS: Solaris, Unix, Linux
- Areas: Charging (Rating), Mediation (Collection/Filtering) and Activation
Personal Skills:
- Sense Customer Service
- Autonomy, Discipline and Methodology, Pro-activity
- Evidence of Compliance& Teamwork
- Good Communication & Quality of drafting
- Fluent English required
- Driving Licence required
- Travel to the customer in France or abroad to be expected.
Functional Competencies:
- Integration/Validation project cycle solution
- Follow procedures developed for the integration of solutions
- Support/Analysis of errors, write fault report (CSR)
- Preparation of technical documentation (specifications and test specifications, test reports or response)
Training:
- 5 years Telecom/IT or equivalent
