Description of providing multi-vendor OSS Architect:
OSS Technical Architect is responsible for the solution:
It is responsible for defining the need for users through workshops, through the analysis of existing documents and also specifications for the management of performance SFR
Functional Specification
It is responsible for the design: a technical specification that will serve as specifications for offshore and local developers.
It is responsible for supporting the customer on the solution: promotion and development of the solution
It checks regularly (daily) that developments are carried out according to the needs and reframes the developers on the solution.
Interface with the project manager client and the client (user + Technical client), with offshore development teams and local offshore + technical architect.
You may need to intervene in pre-sales as a responsible solution
Background and Purpose of the service:
A French operator wants to migrate its performance management system on its mobile network, from open source solutions, by mid-2012 following four phases. The objective is to define the new solution in the operator's network.
