Description
As part of our clients customer support contract in South Sudan (Juba) we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for managing the SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the customer. Candidates must have previous experience working as a Service Delivery Manager and must have previous Ericsson project experience - the customer support relates to WCDMA, GSM RAN, Charging Systems and Core so we need someone who has managed operations within these wireless areas for Ericsson.
The job is based in Juba, South Sudan to start ASAP.
