Position Description:
Ø Support presales activities, including pre-studies, Give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project Managers and the customer
Ø Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and customer expectations, Lead and perform advisory studies and pre-studies.
Ø Identify new business opportunities.
Ø Acquisition of data and information related to system performance.
Ø Coordination of field teams working with data acquisition, troubleshooting or implementing recommendations.
Ø Statistical counters collection, processing and KPI analysis.
Ø Achieve& maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the contracted KPIs (Accessibility, Retain ability, Mobility & Service Integrity).
Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate in designated area for all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed, issuing capacity requests whenever needed.
