This position is for a 6 month Maternity Cover. The role is to support the buying team at this import/export company in North Manchester. You will be responsible for creating new supplier details and product lines on the inhouse system Creating new product codes and labels for UK markets and imported lines Liaising with suppliers Updating and maintaining product descriptions Checking and proofing of advertising materials. Support to the Buying director It will be a distinct advantage if you have previously worked within a buying department but equally, our client will also consider someone who has worked in a sales support function. The ability to work within a team is essential.
