Rewards and Benefits Consultant
My client based in Berkshire is seeking an HR Generalist with a background in developing and analysing company reward and benefit strategies.
This exciting role within an excellent organisation will require you to:
Support development of company reward strategy and pay philosophies
Develop company Reward and Benefit frameworks
Obtain, review and analyse market remuneration data and trends in reward practice
Ensure incentive plans and salary progression are supported, fit for purpose and compliant to company pay philosophy
Support annual pay review and bonus process
Ensure smooth running of all company benefit schemes
You must have excellent MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, graphs and data manipulation.
