My client a large Retail organisation in the Lincolnshire area is currently looking for a Senior HR Manager/Head of HR for a period of 3 months.
The successful individual will be responsible for:
Running Pay Reviews
Dealing with Complex Harmonisation Issues
Generalist HR
The ideal candidate will ideally have worked within the Retail industry and have previously worked in another organisation within a similar role.
