FileNet Support Analyst: Analyst needed to support existing FileNet and SharePoint infrastructures. 10 month Contract, Charlotte, North Carolina
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration, Content, and Document Management of multiple simultaneous infrastructure projects and tasks.
- Ensuring implementations meet all commitments for scope, schedule and cost, while performing various infrastructure configuration and maintenance activities.
- Manage infrastructure to ensure high level of availability and functionality to end users.
- Make recommendations for technical and process improvements as they relate to our infrastructure.
- Work with other IT departments to ensure that infrastructure is built and maintained according to requirements and IT standards.
- Create documentation and standard operating procedures for administration of infrastructure.
Required:
- At least 10 years of experience administering/managing Windows based Servers and applications.
- Experience with IBM's FileNet P8 document management platforms
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases, storage solutions, server clustering, Active Directory (AD), load balancing, and backup/recovery solutions.
- Ability to automate system administration tasks using Windows PowerShell or similar technology.
- Strong ability to work on multiple projects with competing demands.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Experience with Microsoft's SharePoint platform.
- Knowledge of Sword Fusion product line.
- Knowledge of Oracle AutoVue Enterprise Visualization Solutions
