Senior Analyst and Developer with specialisation in business analysis

Location: Stockholm
Tasks:
- Identify client needs in respect to Document Management System;
- Assessment of DMS impact within the client's organisation;
- Systematically evaluates emerging functional and non-functional requirements and maintains the requirements specifications;
- Analyze and develop the Business Requirements, the use cases and usage scenarios for DMS;
- Analyze and develop the process maps and workflows for DMS;
- Specifying improvements to the user interfaces;
- Document standard operating procedures;
- Coordinate with technical and business users, including Business Owners of the application(s), as well as the application developers;
- Contribute and validate the functional testing;
- Contribute to the design of new functionalities;
- Review and improve the current business and technical documentation according to client's standards;
- Contribute and review the users' support documentation and any technical documentation;
- Contribute and support in the preparation of the user training curricula, training materials, and perform user training, when requested;
- Be in constant contact with the DMS developer. The communication and sharing of tasks, activities, deadlines, milestones, requirements on a daily basis is fundamental;
- Participation in any meeting/workshop where the presence of the Business Analyst is considered as needed or beneficial by the Document Management Coordinator/Group Leader.
Requirements:
- University degree with minimum 4 years experience in IT or non-university degree with minimum 6 years experience in IT;
- Minimum 2 years of business analysis including tasks described in task and deliverables section above;
- Experience with Content and Document management systems;
- Experience in MS SharePoint MOSS 2007 and MOSS 2010;
- Experience with UML or Case Tools.
Knowledge and skills
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and willingness to work in a team;
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments;
- Knowledge of using Business Process Modelling Notation, BPMN and UML
- Good skills with MS Visio or Business Studio;
- Knowledge of metadata and Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI);
- Beyond the above requirements the consultants should possess the following personal characteristics/interpersonal skills:
- Ability to express complex ideas in a simple manner;
- Good command of English: oral and written
