Services Implementation Manager, 3 months, London

We are seeking a Services Implementation Manager for an initial 3 month contract to work in Canary Wharf.

The Services Implementation Manager (SIM) is responsible for planning, coordinating and actively facilitating all of Service Delivery activities that relate to application and infrastructure projects. The SIM will be assigned to one or more projects and will act as the single global/regional SIM for each of those projects.

Primary point of contact within Service Delivery for each assigned project.
Communicate and advise projects on Service Delivery requirements and involvement in the project life cycle.
Ensure Service Delivery's requirements and dependencies for on-going support are properly defined, funded and integrated into the project plans.
Provide regular reports giving timely and accurate representation of the status of each engaged project. This will include the identification, resolution and if necessary escalation of issues and risks arising from engagement.
Ensure that support models are documented, signed off and implemented as part of the go live.
Identify resource requirements for Service Delivery's participation in projects and assisting in securing them. This may include backfill personnel or extended 3rd party support.
Produce a demand forecast and the corresponding financial forecast for the Service Delivery cost associated with each project.
Ensure that the project Business Case includes adequate financial provision for support and operation
