A Hong Kong based client is currently looking for a System Analyst Lead (Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, 12 Month Contract, Hong Kong/India) to ensure requirements are mapped and documented to functional and technical specifications for software development of complex and cross-departmental/cross domains projects/programmes through working with various internal and external stakeholders and leveraging external and internal resources to deliver quality and working software applications thats is aligned with business vision and goal in the delivered software application.
The System Analyst Lead (Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, 12 Month Contract, Hong Kong/India) will lead and manage internal and external development resources, lead assigned projects in technical aspect, ensure functional and technical specifications are fully mapped, critically evaluate and analyse requirements gathered from multiple sources, identify and document technical constraints, assumptions and risks, ensure provided functional and technical specifications are managed, accessed and archived, document functional specifications and technical specifications, support the implementation of the solution.
Key Skills:

- 8 Years related IT experience
- Knowledge and experience in SDLC and development methodologies
- Experience to work with onshore/off-shore/near-shore teams
- Strong interpersonal skills
- this will be 50% travel to India
