A leading blue chip with a reputation for excellence is looking for an IT Project manager with faciilities experience to join their team on a contract basis.
Skills/Experience
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience in managing office moves for large numbers of people
- Experience in managing the installation of IT hardware and infrastructure to support new teams
- Good at managing teams Delivering a change that possibly requires building alterations, technology installations and significant movement of people to new work locations within a short timeframe.
- To plan and manage a piece of work to set up physically secure office, network and desktop environments to locate test teams in during data mining and execution, when access to sensitive data is required.
- This includes significant stakeholder management and co-ordination to bring about the set up of restricted access environments and the appropriate procedures to cover the allocation of space within those facilities.
- A comprehensive understanding of industry standard PM & Service delivery methodology allied to a good understanding of Data and good practise associated with Data security.
- The successful candidate will need to produce work of a high quality, whilst adhering to set time-scales and quality standards.
- Establishing strong relationships with suppliers and recipients of services.
