A leading technology consultancy has a number of openings available in the service delivery area working in some large scale projects in Dublin city centre. The client is involved in a large program of transformation and there is a need for strong service delivery professionals across a few business functions. Excellent real world experience in service delivery, process improvements etc against the ITIL framework is required. People with experience in areas such as Software Asset Management and Service Management Process Design are of particular interest but given the breath of this project all Service Management professionals are required.
