Description
Fund Accounting Manager required for a leading Investment Bank based in Jersey. The role is to direct the activities of the Funds Fund Accounting team and to ensure agreed policies both in procedures and client services are being adhered to. Candidates will be responsible for several responsibilities within the Funds division, Fund Accounting, Bookkeeping reviews and Valuation sign off reviews. Main Duties will include producing and reviewing statuary accounts for allocated funds, liaising with auditors, producing MI for 3rd party management companies, as well as preparing and monitoring fund expense budgets. CVs should represent the following:
- Qualified Accountant with 5 years plus PQE
- Extensive Fund Accounting experience
- Familiarity withUKGAAP, IFRS andUSGAAP
- Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- The ability to interpret clients needs and formulate resolutions to meet client requriments.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement experience
- Project Management experience
- Investment Banking experience and a knowledge around the products, systems and processes.
