Our client seeks an IT Lead Business Analyst with experience working with Contact Centres and knowledge of the telecoms sector.
The Lead Business Analyst will have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in medium to large company and will be responsible for m anaging relationships with key project, business and technology stakeholders including any partners and 3rd parties, updating the Senior Business Analysts or Enterprise Architects with progress, risks and issues, working collaboratively with other Team members to share knowledge and re-use work across the team, delivering project activities within time and quality, ensuring scope is clearly prioritised, driving cost savings through simplifying the business requirements and the business processes and understanding if the solutions are meeting the business needs and flagging any gaps early to reduce impact on the business.
You will have outstanding presentation and communication skills including the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, excellent analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging, modelling), excellent at eliciting and documenting requirements, process design skills (process modelling, re-engineering), ability to chair and manage meetings and workshops, proven analysis experience, experience of working in waterfall project delivery and using different process methodologies, experience of documenting processes in a structured method, capturing requirements in a structured method and able to use Microsoft Office products including Visio and Microsoft Project.
