The Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst must have experience in managing and analysing professional services projects within an account or vertical-based model. The role requires a strategic, business acumen and a solid understanding of business and technology consulting environments, competitive positioning, and experience in the delivery of the large, complex, and strategic projects for key customers. An outstanding ability to engage in discussions with high-level stakeholders related to business value and alternatives for relevant solutions is required. The ideal candidate must have a passion for the customer and high-quality delivery, which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of project delivery and cultivation of the customer relationship.
This position is responsible for driving activity within key Oil & Gas accounts as part of project delivery, playing the primary roles of Engagement Lead, Industry Subject Matter Expert, and Business Analyst during project engagements. The candidate will represent the most senior Stonebridge consultant on these engagements, as well as the one most knowledgeable about the underlying business processes in Upstream Oil & Gas. The candidate must also have proven experience managing customers, projects, and team members through the entire project life cycle while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires an individual who is team-oriented, resourceful, creative, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in account management/growth, program/project management, and business and requirements analysis.

General Requirements
- Oil & Gas industry experience preferred, with working knowledge anticipated of one or more of the following core business processes:
- Well life cycle management (exploration - drilling - production)
- Drilling portfolio management
- Revenue accounting
- Well master/lease master data management
- Reservoir economics
- Project experience in requirements gathering, design, implementation and deployment of enterprise software within Oil & Gas environments is preferred, to include departments such as:
- Land
- Production Accounting
- Revenue Accounting
- Well Engineering/Operations
- Project management and/or business analysis certifications preferred
- Experience in a project-based consulting environment required
- Detail-oriented and very organized
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types
- Consistent use of excellent judgment when making daily decisions about account/program/project activities
- Possess analytical abilities to problem solve and offer new/alternate solutions
- Have prior success in managing assignments to schedule/scope/budget
- Strong professional presence
- Possesses aggressive style to effectively drive success and achieve goals/results

Account Management & Growth
- Maintain a current and intensive knowledge of the client*s business and associated market trends including competitive analysis/activities, industry news, etc.
- Operate as a strategic partner to identify and recommend new solutions/services to client stakeholders
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define the project roadmap and future in-scope initiatives
- Acquire stakeholder commitment and maintain client expectations regarding delivery/projects
- Control the priorities of projects throughout the project life cycle
- Coordinate with Business Development Manager to execute strategies to generate new/incremental business opportunities (farming)
- Coordinate with Stonebridge Management to ensure appropriate communication and planning to facilitate delivery needs and resolve account issues in a timely manner
- Own/Contribute to the vision and direction of the Account Strategy plan for your assigned space
- Develop/Improve operational and delivery processes to maximize customer service within an assigned account(s)

Project Delivery
- Provide strategic and/or tactical management of all projects within your assigned space (account, vertical, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of all engagements
- Serve as the day to day point of contact for the client and project team(s)
- Manage client expectations regarding specific project engagements
- Conduct periodic, forecasting activities for your assigned projects including the estimation of resources needed for projects
- Ensure adherence to Stonebridge*s delivery methodologies for Project Delivery
- Ensure the development of all project documentation prescribed by the project planning and definition activities
- Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables at the individual and portfolio level
- Lead business analysis and requirements functions for selected projects to define solution objectives and business value for the customer organization
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to capture the as-is workflow activities, pain paints and feature requests regarding technologies that support the processes
- Document project details and deliverables using Stonebridge*s internal methodology and industry best practices
- Ensure quality management throughout the project life cycle
- Provide thorough and timely communication regarding the state and health of programs/projects to internal (Stonebridge) and external customers
- Manage the morale of the delivery team(s) currently contributing to your assigned space
- Monitor and report the progress/health of projects at the individual and portfolio level
