Role: Process Architect - Retail Banking - Process
Skills: Process Architect - Retail Banking
Purpose:
Our client, a major UK retail bank are looking to increase their SME business.
Key Activities:
- Pre Project Validation work (ie high level feasibility)
- Assist with Programme Study deliverables eg dependency, feasibility report
- Project initiation (scoping, project framework
- knowledge of Business Operating models
Core Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven Analytical skills - problem solving, Business Analysis
- Change Management - project management
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Presentation skills
- Conversant with IT eg MS Applications - Word, Excel, Power-point
- Experience of working on large complex programmes
Desirable Skills:
- Desirable - experience/awareness of business/general banking practices
- Willingness to move in a fast paced organisation, with a proactive approach to managing self
- Strong commercial banking background
- Lean Sigma (Process only resource)
