Description
Senior Business Analyst with Financial Services experience required for critical project in Bristol. The ideal candidate will be a workstream lead or senior BA with experience of analysis in a business change environment and managing small workstreams within banking. You will ideally have experience of contact centre operations, processes and knowledge of telephony systems and appropriate business operating models. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering to the satisfaction of the business and will have excellent stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to build relationships quickly and secure buy in from stakeholders in other areas of the business. You should also be comfortable leading a small team of Junior Analysts
You should have experience of planning, requirements gathering, leading workshops, working with permanent staff to improve capabilities and providing support to the business as well as understanding existing, live processes. Experience of 3rd party supplier management is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills at all levels.
