Description
Contractor be assigned to the Wireless/Mobility device order processing group, will process incoming client email, research and resolve issues, provide general customer service, act as back up to principal order processing personnel; analyzes business client and stakeholder needs; acts as liaison between the business side of an enterprise and the information technology department or external service providers.

Process incoming mobile telephone customer email inquiries
Answer incoming mobile telephone customer telephone inquiries
Assist with inquiries related to iPhone introduction
Provide back-up to Order Processing manager as required
