Description
3-6 month plus contract for a iPhone, iPad, MAC support specialist.
Must have experience with the following 2-5 years experience working with iPhones and other wireless MAC devices (iPads, Macbooks, etc).
- Managing Mobile devices through a third party software.
o Removing profiles from iPhones
o Removing iPhones from the software
o Reporting on devices in the software - Troubleshooting Devices when they are received
- Removing Damaged Devices out of our process and replacing with good devices
- Needs to be detail oriented (High risk for mistakes and some mistakes can be catastrophic)
