Our client is a large Professional Services company, and they are looking for several Senior Business Analysts or Lead Business Analysts to work on integration project work with a key client focused on delivery.
As the Senior Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst you will be responsible for planning and controlling project work as required by IT to meet the project needs. You will be the interface between business process owners, SME's and solution providers and will develop effective relationships with key stakeholders. You will drive quality fit for purpose' deliverables and outcomes and provide architectural input and obtain alignment and technical fit' for the solution. You will also identify, analyse and validate business process mapping for SDLC alignment.
To be considered for these roles you must have over 5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Oil & Gas industry, with experience in software applications in complex or enterprise environments. You will have experience in the SDLC with strong system analysis and design skills. You will require System modelling and Process modelling experience and have facilitated workshops. You will have excellent consultancy and interpersonal skills and be flexible and adaptable to change.
