My client is currently looking for the following:
SAP Change Manager:
Engineering/MBA background with 3-4 years of domain experience preferably in Human Resource
7-8 Years of SAP implementation/business transformation experience, of which at least 3 years (minimum three engagements) must be as Change Manager.
Specific experience in EC&O industry desirable.
Must have SAP certifications in (at least one module/training/methodology). Specialization must include (all in SAP environment) - Stakeholder Management, Communications Management, Work Role Design, Risk Management, Incentives and Benefits tracking, demonstrable skills in English and Arabic communication and training.
Fluent Arabic essential.
