Java developer required by high profile Hedge Fund in Central London.
The Java developer will develop, maintain and support software to enable the client's financial systems across Trading, Operations, Quant, Risk and Reporting.
The senior Java developer will have the following experience:
- Degree qualified
- Financial software engineering experience
- Understanding of full development life cycle
- Design patterns, best practice and third party APIs
- Experience of delivering complex systems
- Behaviour/Test Driven Development
- Analytical and problems solving skills
Technically, the Java developer will have the following experience:
- Java
- Database experience
- Spring
- Web Services
- Swing or JIDE
- Model based design - Matlab, Simulink (advantageous)
