Configuration Manager - Brussels
12 Month Contract
Our defence client are currently looking for an experienced Configuration Manager to work on an initial 12 month contract at their site in Brussels.
Ideally applicants should have the following skills:
- Shall have three years work experience within the last five years as a Configuration Management software engineer on modern software development programs, using the industry standard Software Configuration Management tools
- Shall have Configuration Management experience on modern C3I (command and control) software development programs and the application of software and system Configuration Management in such programs
- Shall have experience with NATO and national defence software development Practices and policies (eg MIL STD 490A, DoD STD 2167A, MIL STD 1521B) as well as the Configuration Management Standards used in NATO
- Shall have knowledge of NATO Configuration Management in accordance with the STANAGs 4159 and 4472
- Shall be knowledgeable in using the industry best Practices in applying Configuration Management
- Shall have sound experience of international software intensive projects
- Shall have knowledge and experience of Product Data Management (PDM) tools
- Shall have a basic knowledge of System and Logistic engineering preferably in the field of C3I
Due to the nature of this work applicants who hold a valid SC or NATO equivalent level clearance are strongly encouraged to apply
