Description
Practicus is working with a partnership of NHS organisations in the South East, supporting them with the transformation of the way they deliver care across their acute and community services.
We require an experienced NHS Programme Manager to help drive service improvement and modernisation across the health economy, looking at the service redesign and the implementation of a number of improvements to support whole system change. As a guide some of the projects include care closer to home in the community for services such as diabetes as well as modernised and more efficient services within an acute setting (emergency care for example).
This is a high profile and substantial transformation programme and we are seeking only very experienced NHS programme managers who have delivered similar programmes of work. You must have excellent engagement and influencing skills as a large amount of the role is coordinating the clinical reference groups. It is highly desirable that you have MSP and/or Prince 2 but not essential.
If you have delivered large scale NHS transformations including service redesign and service reconfigurations then please contact Jessica Tabern via the apply button.
A 6-12 mth assignment, shortlisting for this position will take place on Thursday 19th January. We can offer a competitive rate of pay.
