Community Membership Manager required for a 6 month initial contract in Yorkshire. Start ASAP, ideally in January 2012. Our client is seeking a Community Healthcare Membership Manager with prior experience of setting up and building membership functions for NHS, PCT, hospital or healthcare organisations.
Key Skills, Experience, Duties:
* Membership Manager required to help and NHS Trust to deliver their members? programme.
* Setting up a Membership Office function.
* Recruitment of members.
* Working with an external agency to establish a Membership database.
* Establishing governance arrangements for the Council of Governors.
* Supporting development of an NHS trust Constitution.
* Working with the PR/Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a membership communications and involvement strategy.
* Membership allows the local community to get involved in decisions made by their local NHS PCT, for example, electing representatives to Board of Governors, consultation on future developments, and having a voice about the provision of NHS services.
