My client is a leader in their filed and they are urgently looking for a Siebel CRM Analyst to work on a long term contract in Holland.
As the Siebel CRM Analyst you must be able to communicate in both English and Dutch and have a strong knowledge in the following areas;
Project/Department Description and Responsibilities:
Focus on support and deployment of the CRM/Siebel business solutions.
Primary tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, deployment and support of CRM application (VINCI) for 18+ Operating Companies in Europe.
The VINCI Solution is based on a Siebel 7.7 implementation.
It is a Web based Single Instance solution.
Siebel Analytics (migrating to OBI 10) is the analytical platform and the Siebel PDA is another key success drivers.
Siebel configurator or account manager/contact person for one or multiple projects/organizations.
Working on requirements, administration, testing, training and assisting business users with the use & rollout of the VINCI application.
Work closely together with the CRM Support organization to improve the daily support of the application.
Good communicator, and can express yourself in English (written and verbal).
Dynamic personality, with a great focus on result delivery.
Work very detailed and can deliver quality results within the agreed timeframe and budget.

Methodology/Certification requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
Additional certification is a plus
