Integration Team Leader is required for a contract opportunity with a global oil and gas company in Norway and the UK. The role will be dedicated full time to leading the integration process to establish and embed a shared and systematic way for developing and delivering projects in Norway and UK through Appraise to Execute.

The integration leader will have to implement/embed a common stage gate process and governance framework, establish common approach to track portfolio project performance and plan and implement the necessary organisational and procedural changes.

Responsibilities:
. Determine how projects in UK & Norway are currently developed and delivered.
. Facilitate the Development and implementation of common processes and tools to enable optimum project development and delivery in a consistent manner.
. Provide an overview of portfolio project performance.
. Establish the common process for assurance.
. Support the establishment of the structure for the new organisation and plan the transition from the existing arrangements

Requirements:
. Candidates are likely to be a Chartered Engineer or have a relevant Project Management qualification.
. Has planned and led project and programme management organisations.
. Has led culture change initiatives to develop management and high level technical skills in subordinates.
. Has helped shape open, collaborative, working environments where people understand their accountabilities.
. Has worked in Matrix style teams and in partnership arrangements.
