Expected Responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of interaction design and methodology. Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Expert skills in Fireworks, Photoshop and Illustrator image creation. Demonstrated experience using web analytics to inform design decisions. Executive presentation and negotiation skills at a large organization. Encompass knowledge of animation, motion design and dynamic interaction skills. Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design. Knowledge of cross-platform issues and usability principles. Ability to effectively communicate opinions and design principles. Creativity, imagination and an amazing sense of humor

Tasks and Responsibilities.
Works with the Creative Director, UX Leads, IA, Prototyping and Usability to ensure that various aspects of design work meet both UX Design and clients' expectations. Participate in the development of user personas and scenarios. Serve as a team member in order to help create wire frames, flowcharts, application maps, and sketches. Solve for complex issues like interaction models, data visualization and mobile design standards as well as social media experiences. Create highly polished visual designs that leverage and extend established brand standards. Ensure that design efforts are in sync with the client's business goals and expectations. Work closely with our usability team to test and refine designs and prototypes. Communicate and ''sell'' your design solutions to teammates, engineers, product managers, partners, etc. Partner with our development team to push the boundaries of what's possible and to create specs in order to ensure technical feasibility and flawless implementation.

Suggested Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Multi-media, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
