Description
Our client is a large telecoms company, looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to cover weekend shifts from 7am-7pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Ideally the candidate will have experience on working on a busy help desk resolving enquiries and complaints via phone, email, fax and website. They will be the main point of contact for customers and will manage escalations when needed whilst adhering to the SLA's already in place.
Within this role, you will be working alongside a team of technical engineers being the first point of contact in resolving the issues and assigning tickets to engineers to resolve.
