We are looking for someone with the following:
Essential Criteria:
Experience in customer service/operations management
Good technical understanding of SAP ERP and related systems with problem/change process knowledge (ITIL v3.0)
Experience in a similar role engaging with senior stakeholders and issue resolution for live systems (may also include systems during project delivery as well)
Proven ability to influence subordinates, peers and leadership to achieve strategic goals
Excellent problem solving skills (root cause analysis, etc.)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management experience (governance forums)
Strong interaction/engagement skills to promote productive working relationships and high cultural awareness in geographically dispersed environments
Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills and experience
Ability to create productive working relationships with key stakeholders
Experience in leading teams to resolve complex, business critical technical issues
Excellent attention to detail, able to plan, manage and report issue resolution from start to closure.
Qualification & Certification:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
10 years of experience managing application maintenance in ERP environment
ITIL v3.0 certified (Service Operations, Request Fulfilment and related processes)
Desirable Criteria:
Experience developing strategic and operational capability in an application maintenance environment
Prior SAP technical delivery experience
Good understanding of BP business and IT&S strategies
