Description
A major Pharmaceutical organisation is currently seeking 2 interim Recruiters to manage the Talent Acquisition activity for their Perm hires globally.
This Interim assignment will be for an initial 11 months but will look to be extended.
Working within the dedicated Recruitment team and wider HR-community, your remit will be to build strong relationships with the internal stakeholders across their major key business units, whilst defining business critical requirements across their core operations. You will also be responsible for managing a range of agency providers to meet a significant hiring demand in 2012.
Skills & attributes:
- You will have Pharmaceutical sector expertise (In-house or Agency)
- Experienced in-house Recruiter with a strong ability to build internal stakeholder relationships
- Extensive experience of managing 3rd party recruitment agencies
- Worked International or European markets
