Description:Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative Needed for Long term Opportunity
- Answer all incoming calls in a fast paced environment
- Resolving claims
- Educate providers on policies and procedures
- Work with other departments to resolve issues
- Retrieve and track messages from voicemail
- Meet and maintain service objectives, production standards and performance standards set forth by the customer service department.
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Minimum 1 year Call Center Experience
- Must have exceptional organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Must be motivated to work independently and have the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or medical billing preferred
- Customer service experience with a strong background in managed care
- HS degree required, College degree preferred
- Pay rate: $12/hr. Long term temporary assignment.
