Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative Needed for Long term Opportunity

  • Answer all incoming calls in a fast paced environment
  • Resolving claims
  • Educate providers on policies and procedures
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues
  • Retrieve and track messages from voicemail
  • Meet and maintain service objectives, production standards and performance standards set forth by the customer service department.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish and English
  • Minimum 1 year Call Center Experience
  • Must have exceptional organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • Must be motivated to work independently and have the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and/or medical billing preferred
  • Customer service experience with a strong background in managed care
  • HS degree required, College degree preferred
  • Pay rate: $12/hr. Long term temporary assignment.
